Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Process was fairly standard. Applied through the online careers page and received the confirmation email. Approx 3 weeks of waiting time before I received a generic email about a phone screen. Scheduled through 3rd party website. Questions were very easy and more about soft skills and personality rather than hard skills and actually job requirements. After one assessment we were called out to Pittsburgh for our Super Day. In the subsequent two weeks you would find out if you were hired or not.
