Corporate Banking rotational program

The Interview process was a bit strange. I had applied for the position about 2 months prior to the interview through my universities career website and also followed up with an email to the recruiter expressing my interest. Got an email back from the recruiter essentially acknowledging my email but that was it. Didn't hear anything for after that and the position was taken down so I wrote it off.

2 months later I got a call asking me to come to a super day in about 2 weeks. Really wasn't much of a super day, Only 4 hours long, no dinner, lunch, or any of that b.s and I think there was only one other guy interviewing all though I never saw the guy.

Had 4 interviews with pretty basic question, mostly behavioral but had a few simple technical questions (If you had to pick one metric in an income statement, how the 3 financial statements connect, etc.)

Left the building and got a phone call with an offer about 20 minutes later. My guess is that they had someone drop out and were scrambling to fill there position so the process may not as quick normally.
