The interview consisted of on campus recruiting followed by a "super day" in Raleigh, North Carolina. The recruiters were all very friendly, but the atmosphere is very cut-throat. Extremely structured, corporate feel. The questions were mainly behavioral; however, the recruiters did try to sense your knowledge of the business and why you wanted to be in it. Networking with alumni definitely helps land the super day interview.
