Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Began with a networking phone call, then first round interview, then a Super Day in Pittsburgh. All very laid back and fit based. Super Day consisted of 3 interview with various business people. Some basic accounting and general banking knowledge questions. Received an offer via phone call the Tuesday afternoon following the Friday Super Day. There were about 50 other candidates at the Super Day. I believe they have 3 Super Days throughout the year for the program. This was the first (in October).
