1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Dropped a resume through career services with no prior networking was selected about a week later for interviews on campus. Interview consisted of a one on one with a very senior MD. Not technical at all. You must know about the position and why exactly that is your number one role and why the firm is your top choice. Very behavioral asking about leadership styles and group conflicts.
