Finance Analyst

I interviewed over the phone with a recruiter to have a phone screen. Then I had an on campus interview. The OCI consisted of a reception the night prior. The interview was purely behavioral. After the first round, three of the ten candidates were invited to the superday. The superday was a two-day event. The evening before consisted of a cocktail hour and networking session. My superday, the following morning, consisted of 3 half hour interviews. The interviews were 90% behavioral and 10% technical, focusing on simple accounting questions.
