I interviewed for a first year analyst position in a variety of different groups

I applied through their campus recruiting website. I was contact by someone from HR about a week later who went through a phone interview with me. They asked a few questions about my major and course work, what intern experience I had. I was asked to walk them through an income statement, and why was I interested in PNC. Second round was another phone interview with a MD from the NYC office. Apparently, I was flagged for the Capital Markets Group and this is different than the normal interview experience. I was asked several brain teasers and some high level finance questions including what was currently going on in the economy (2011). I was also asked to explain in great detail what I did in my internship (I interned at a PE shop). I was then invited to a superday in Pittsburgh. I went through 4 group interviews with people from various groups at the bank. Apparently, I impressed the real estate group and I was offered a position there as part of their development program. I accepted the offer a week after receiving it.
