Intern in C&IB - Real Estate track

First round OCR was one on one and quite casual. No technicals and fit questions were quite easy and laid back. I got along well with the guy and received a call later that day saying I had made it to the next round which was in Pittsburgh and not until several weeks later.

The Super Day was a massive event in Pittsburgh on a Friday with all of their prospective interns (hundreds) in one place. We were literally all interviewing at once in a giant convention center type atmosphere. The Super Day consisted of four interviews, mostly with very senior people in the firm. They are emphatic that they take the hiring process very seriously and want to meet all new prospective employees.

The interviews were one on one and quite easy. Same as first round... mostly "Why PNC" and "Why real estate". They are really genuine people and just want to see that you are keen to learn. They won't screw you over or ask you anything tricky. Best to be yourself but also come across as serious and ready to learn and work hard.
