Investment Banking Analyst

Developed a relationship with someone in the group, after a few months they approached me about an opening a few days after the role became available. Provided my resume, a few days later an analyst scheduled a phone interview with me. Strictly behavioral 1 hour phone interview. From there I had a "super day," but it was off-cycle, so it was basically just five 1 on 1 interviews in 1.5 hour period with analysts, senior associates, a director, and an MD. After that, had an informal 2 on 1 interview with directors. All of these interviews were behavioral, but I am credentialed so this could have just been because they felt I was qualified.

Everything was strictly behavioral throughout this whole process, and the most technical of all questions was to walk them through a deal I had recently worked on.
