Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I networked with two people that went to the same college as me and they referred me.
The superday consisted of 3 20 minute interviews with different directors. The questions were a mix of behaviorals and basic finance questions like: 1) how do you determine the credit quality of a company
2)walk me through the three financial statements 3) how do you think the current mkt environment will effect what we do? They were also very big on why PNC and the Pittsburgh directors were very big on why Pittsburgh. The culture seemed relaxed overall, but I know it’s very group dependent.
