Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Phone or 1-on-1 interview for the first round. First round is for the general Capital Markets track (no division selected yet). Superday invitation about a week later. Superday held in Pittsburgh. Interview with various Capital Markets divisions. Interview format is 2-on-1, with the 2 interviewers generally being from different divisions/locations. After group interviews (about 5) location and division preferences are ranked on a form provided by HR. If offer given, HR calls you a couple hours after the conclusion of the superday.
