PNC Corporate & Institutional Banking Internship

PNC came to campus for hiring interns for their Corporate and Institutional banking development internship. There was a networking event the night before the interview. Then I had two interviews on campus and on superday I had 3 interviews. College campus interview was pretty laid back with not much technical questions and more behavioral or fit questions. Superday could be intimidating as there are a lot of people but the interviews themselves were laid back. They were interested in really knowing you. One or two basic technical questions about the financial statements but nothing hard. Then I heard back within a week with the offer. Overall, there is a lot of emphasize on fit since the position is for a relationship based corporate bank where personalities matter a lot.
