Please describe the interview / hiring process.
After applying via school career site, there was an on-campus 30 minute interview. The screening interview was mostly conversational, the interview shared a lot about the company atmosphere. A few days later I received an invitation to the super day. Super day was 3 weeks later and consisted of three 25 minute 1 on 1 interviews. The super day opened with a networking breakfast where you met the people you would be interviewing with. Overall very conversational interview, mostly about cultural fit for the company.
