Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I was recruited from on campus recruiting. A super day was scheduled for a few weeks later. The super day was very early in the morning (6:45 AM), clearly used as an intimidation tactic. Consisted of a keynote speaker for a few minutes, then the interviews. Each candidate was slotted for three interviews, lasting 20 or so minutes a piece. Two of the interviews were 1 on 1, while the last one was a group interview with three interviewers. Relatively easy questions, mostly fit, but know what group you would like to work for, and why. (They provide a list of potential groups and a brief description of each one in the morning). Overall, average interview process.
