Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied for an on-campus interview in Fall '23, and had the interview about two weeks later. This interview was with two alum who work at PNC, one in derivatives and one in fixed income. I heard I moved on to super day the next week. This was held in Pittsburg (PNC paid for flights, Ubers, etc.). Supderday consisted of a networking session on a Thursday night, then three 1 on 1 interviews on Friday. At the end, you ranked your top choices 1-8. The first round had some technical / market questions but super day was almost all behavioral.
