The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
Very informal interview. This is a boutique firm and there is no structured internship. I obtained this internship through cold-emailing and received a call a couple of days later inviting me to come in for an interview. I had one initial interview with the CEO which led to me receiving an offer, and then came in another time to meet the team, including the CIO and General Counsel. Advice: cold-email/call, especially if you are a student in LA (such as USC, UCLA, ect.). They do NOT post internship positions but are definitely willing to take on interns.
Interview Questions
Have you done any investing by yourself, and if so, what were some of your best trades and worst trades? And why did you choose to invest in those particular companies?
Why do you want to intern with a small firm such as ours, when there are firms out there that do have formal internship programs and can offer a better experience?
