They want you to use the CAR framework for storytelling (Challenge, Action, Results) and sent me a digital pamphlet detailing how I should talk about my experiences. As long as you stick to that, know your experiences, and have leadership, they basically take everyone once you are able to pass the IQ tests. The key is that they take pretty much everyone they interview granted your test performance is up there.

Interview
First I conducted an IQ and personality test on their website, afterwards I got a phone 1 on 1 interview and had to take an English proficiency test. Still have not completed the full process and a second interview is coming up with 3 managers from different areas.
Interview Questions
The most difficult or unexpected question for the whole interview was one about behavioral response. The interviewer presented me a situation in which I was working alongside 3 other interns for the summer. He then proceeded to say that our manager was mad because our performance had significantly dropped in the past few weeks and that if it was not fixed then one of us would be fired. Moreover, He told me that I was personally noticing that one of my colleagues was feeling down or depressed. He asked me what would I do.

IQ / Intelligence Test
Interview
Process consisted of an online IQ screening and behavioral questions. This included pattern questions and questions that made you rank you preferred choices to a problem. After this, I had to take a 1 hour competency test which tested my reading analysis and quick math skills. Then, I had a one on one phone interview with a company employee. The questions were all behavioral and "What would you do" prompts.
Interview Questions
Questions were not inherently difficult, but there seemed to be correct answers since I was asked follow up questions detailing my thought process. Some of the questions were "what would you do if one of your team members was not performing to the level expected" and "If you were given a project with not enough time to complete it, what would be your first step". What made them difficult was how specific they were, making you think on your feet. The interviewer was welcoming, but also seemed to be in a rush.

Phone Call, not too difficult. Mostly questions about yourself. Why did you choose your major, why do you have an interest in our company, etc.
Final Round Interview:
9 behavioral questions with 2 different interviewers, each 30 minutes. Typical behavior questions.
Interview Questions
As an economics major, I didn't really know much about financial terms or calculations. Otherwise you'll get questions on how to calculate NPV and stuff. But the interviewer decided to ask me deductive reasoning questions. One of them was, how many marriages occur every year in the US? The behavioral questions that were asked were more a long the typical tell me about a time that you were on a team? tell me about a time that you failed? theyll also ask you that if you get an offer, would you accept?

Interview Questions
Was asked a number of questions regarding my CV, general interview questions about strength's and weaknesses. Most difficult question would have to be the one where i was asked about the most difficult/challenging decision i have had to make in my life, the consequences of it and whether or not i would do it again. Another question was - "Tell me about a time you had limited financial resources and still managed to complete your task at hand". It could involve anything from a project or be personal but had to be real life, not hypothetical.
