Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview process for Brand Management consisted of a screening exam (think Pymetrics) but it is notoriously awful. To be honest, I just tried to best I could but the test has a lot of sections and covers a good amount of quantitative and qualitative things. After I passed the test, I was invited to 2 one on one interviews. My only advice is to look at their website for the format that they like it in and show up prepared, as you would to any other interview. No company-specific ones, but it could be possible to get them.
