Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The process consists of few steps, first I had to fill the online application and do some management "drivers" test. After that I was invited to do the Reasoning test (which consists of numerical, logical and IQ tests) in their HQ. The test is really not that hard, as you have even the example test on their website, just be fast with the calculator as it saves you time. Finally there was a 1 on 1 interview with the head of department where I was interviewing. The interview wasn't hard, just different. It is a behavioral interview. They have examples of the questions on their website. Most of the questions are based around some situation in your life, how did you deal with it and what was the result of it. I highly recommend preparing the situations in advance, as you will not lose time thinking on spot. It's usually about some problem, leadership, decision making, conflict etc.
