Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round was a simple one on one interview. Basic P&G questions, 7-10 questions of give me a time when.... All of the questions were standard STAR format.
Second/final round was a conference held in the headquarter. It was over two days with about 90 minutes for a two on one interview. The rest was all getting to know the company through different workshops and conferences. Overall pretty packed, but slightly boring.
