I applied on campus and was selected for a phone interview in early September. That went well so I was moved on to an on campus interview that was 1 on 1. It was with an alum who had been working there for 6 years. I was then flown out to Cincinnati HQ in October for an interview. They pay for hotels, flights, and meals.
I thought the interview was well. I did the same things I did that got me to the final round so I was surprised when I didn't get an offer.
