Investment Banking Fall Analyst

The first step in engaging in the interview process was reaching out to the recruiting email on the company website. I was instructed to attach my resume, cover letter, and availability. With in one week, the associate in charge of the process reached out to schedule a phone interview. That was scheduled for a week later. This interview consisted of all behavioral/fit questions followed by an opportunity to ask questions. With in a week of this interview I was asked back for a final in person interview at their offices. I was interviewed by 3 different analysts/associates at the firm. I was instructed to walk each person through my resume then answer a series of technical questions. This was followed by an opportunity to ask questions.
