Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The hiring process is pretty straightforward. You apply, then get contacted by HR about a month or so after for a screener call. The call is purely behavioral to gage why you want to work at the firm, why tech, why investment banking, with the rest of the time to ask questions. Then you get a 1-1 call with an analyst/associate at the firm which is a 50/50 mix between behavioral and technical questions. Make sure to know tech valuation, industry trends, deals they have worked on, and have an opinion on the markets. I received an offer 1 month after. This was all on zoom.
