Met and handed in resume at career fair at a top undergrad university in Ohio. Got an on campus interview, which was coupled with a pre-night dinner with applicant pool of about 30 and probably 8 current employees with a range of positions (mostly recent hires). Interview the next day consisted of two back to back 30 minute interviews (one on one). The first interview was with a recent high and the second with a managing director. A vast majority of the questions were behavioral.

Got through on campus interview and went to the office in Cinci for a full day of interviews (8am - 2pm). One presentation/interview was in a group setting but the other 3 or 4 were all one on one. The night before the interview I was given a case study about a car rental business, and asked to analyze. The case was missing a lot of information. So assumptions were necessary to come up with potential solutions. I got half way through the case and was cut off because the interviewer thought I had done a great job, and continuing with the case was not necessary. We then just got to know each other, and he told me more about the firm. The other interviews were all behavioral and the firm was looking for 'fit'. Nothing really too challenging.

I found about a week later that I got the job offer, and had a week to respond.
