Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied through my university's recruitment platform and was contacted for a phone interview shortly after. A few weeks later, they sent an email asking me to come into the office for a super day. The superday was extremely relaxed with each interviewee siting in a separate room which a mix of associates and one VP rotated through. No technicals whatsoever and the interviewers really focused on getting to know my resume, personal interests, etc. They genuinely didn't care about my real estate experience and seemed really focused on getting someone with a matching personality.
