Interview
The interview process had three rounds, starting with a Hirevue that gave some intense prompts, then was followed up with an intelligence test. After those two, you get a phone screening or zoom call, and then are notified if you are selected to complete the "Superday" which typically lasts 3+ hours. I was flown out to interview in person, and had a group interview to start, then was placed in my own room where workers rotated in to ask me questions.

Interview
I applied through my university's recruitment platform and was contacted for a phone interview shortly after. A few weeks later, they sent an email asking me to come into the office for a super day. The superday was extremely relaxed with each interviewee siting in a separate room which a mix of associates and one VP rotated through. No technicals whatsoever and the interviewers really focused on getting to know my resume, personal interests, etc. They genuinely didn't care about my real estate experience and seemed really focused on getting someone with a matching personality.
Interview Questions
None of the interview questions were especially difficult as they were solely focused on fit and personality. I will say that I was taken aback by how casual the interview was as the interviewers aren't afraid to be less professional with their wording and questions. Some questions included: "We see you did ____ on your resume, tell us about that". and "What do you do outside of school for fun?". The interviewers never explicitly commented on my real estate experience, but some questions regarding "Why real estate" were particularly challenging given that they emphasized that they wanted interns with less experience so I had to frame my past real estate internships/positions differently.

Interview
I applied through my school's OCR. Then, I had a first round on campus interview with them six weeks later. It was 2 on 1. They asked me to list a couple of different ways to value a real estate asset and to walk them through a 10 year waterfall. Also asked me a couple of other questions about NPV/IRR.
Interview Questions
The interview questions weren't that bad, or too hard IMO. I did however have to fill-out an assessment online before the interview, which took forever and which I didn't enjoy filling out. The interview consisted of behavioral questions (fit based) some technical questions and the typical walk me through your resume question. An example of a question asked during the interview (below):

1) What would you consider before extending a loan to someone, who wants to build a shopping center with Ralph's as their anchor tenant?

Interview Questions
3 different companies and then I was asked to rank 1 to 3 on 1 being debt investments and 3 being equity investments. 3 companies were in 3 different types of companies in different industries such as software, transportation (commodity), and manufacturing.

Also asked about the three different statements and how they linked together. If you have a banking background, they will go very deep into deal experiences and ask you specifically about them (value drivers, cost savings, and valuation).

Interview
Two phone interviews followed by a Superday a couple weeks later. Most candidates go through an on campus interview but I came from a non-target.
Interview Questions
The technical interview wasn't as difficult as I expected, but there were a lot of brain teasers involved. The case study was the toughest of the interview questions. As a prospective intern I knew little to nothing about how to actually go about breaking down the case study. Definitely made up for these in the actual interviews.

Sample Questions:

i) Estimate the number of windows in the city (San Francisco).
ii) Why Real Estate?
iii) What are the 5 commercial real estate asset classes and rank them in terms of risk.
iv) If there are two buildings, in perfectly identical condition and location, why might they have different CAP rates?

1 on campus recruiting interview as the first round. Super day was 6 interviews which were 1:1 or 2:1. 1 interview was technical and went over the case study they sent to you prior to your interview. The technical questions were about how to analyze the deal, what were your thoughts, how would you perform a DCF and find free cash flow.
Interview Questions
The two most difficult questions were, - Walk me through a DCF and How would you find free cash flow. Otherwise it was a general discussion on the case study they provided you with prior to the interview.
