Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied through my school's OCR. Then, I had a first round on campus interview with them six weeks later. It was 2 on 1. They asked me to list a couple of different ways to value a real estate asset and to walk them through a 10 year waterfall. Also asked me a couple of other questions about NPV/IRR.
