Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Started with OCR which was basic fit plus case interview. Case wasn't too difficult in terms of pharma cases. After that heard a week later that I moved on to final round which was difficult to schedule. Went through final round which consisted of 3 45 minute interviews (two of which were fit and case, 3rd with partner just fit). Everyone was really nice and welcoming. It took a while to get an answer on my final round but heard about 2 weeks later
