Please describe the interview / hiring process.
2 rounds. First found was 45 minutes with a mini case (market sizing + pricing) and behaviroal questions like tell me about yourself, why putnum, how you are in a team. Second round was 3 rounds. First was a case with lots of math, 2nd was a case seeing how you argue (no math), 3rd was purely behavioral.
