I applied it online through their website. The website is really easy to use compared to UBS. You do not need to worry about the system. Pay attention that you cannot update your resume after submission. So check twice before you send it. You can choose your application but there is a risk that they will not consider your application any more.

There should be 3 rounds of interviews. First round interview is through phone and there will be 2 individual interviews. The interviewers will contact you directly. Second round interview will also be phone interviews. Since I did not receive the 2nd round interview, so I cannot tell.

As far as I can see, the interviewers will always try to be nice no matter whether they like your answer. His reactions made me think that I have made a good response but actually it was not since he did not let me get in the next round and did not reply my thank you letter.
