Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview was broken down into three parts. First, a telephone interview which was more of a fit basis. Why JP Morgan etc. Second, was a group presentation and case study. We were given 30 minutes to read a case and recommend three funds to sell based on a selection of ten cases and to justify our reasons why. We were monitored during the inital discussions and also during the presentation itself. Third round was superday where it was more of fit questions by senior management and also associates.
