Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round consisted of a phone screen with HR. Second round was a 30 min phone call with an associate that was solely technical. Third round was a series of four 30 minute video interviews with a director, two VPs and an associate which was a mix of technical and fit questions. Final round was in-office super day with two MDs, a VP and an associate. Quick follow up from HR after each rounds, except final round which took 3 weeks to receive a decision.
