Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Contacted by a recruiting agency based on my linked in profile (~1 year experience at a major MM lender). Met with two groups of two. The first were two MD originators. Didn't ask much in the way of technicals - fit and story questions. Took awhile to answer my questions. The interview started about 10 minutes late, and girl (not part of the interview process) came up and introduced herself to me. Seemed like a good atmosphere/culture. 2nd two were a senior credit underwriter and an associate. Also didn't ask much for technicals. Asked about what types of deals I had done and talked about how they liked it at Rabobank. Not much good gouge to share unfortunately.
