Applied online and received invitation to online tests (SHL: numerical, verbal, logical). Have been invited for phone interviews, but since I was in the Netherlands at the moment, I had the interviews at their office. Three one-on-one interviews: 2 analysts and 1 associate.
Questions mainly about motivation (why m&A, why Food and Agri, why Rabo, why not London) and technical (valuation methods, financial accounting etc.)
