I was approached by an agency. They'd seen my linked-in profile and thought I'd be interested. I've send them my motivation letter and CV and was invited for an interview with the bank in 2/3 days.
Had a phone interview with HR first, was invited for a 2-1 interview on the end of that call.
The 2-1 was rather challenging, with an associate and an analyst.
