The RBC Capital Markets interview process is usually a couple of rounds. First you’ll have a short screening call — mostly behavioural questions and why you want RBC. If you pass that, you move to a longer interview with two to three team members. They’ll mix behavioural questions with light technicals that fit the role (valuation basics for IB, markets questions for S&T, etc.). It’s conversational, not aggressive. Final rounds often include meeting a senior member for a fit check. The whole process focuses on teamwork, communication, and whether you can think clearly under pressure.
