Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Interviewed with the Vice-President, Director and Managing Director. The VP was concerned with determining if your past experience is relevant to the role and whether you would be a great fit for the role. The Director focused on more technical questions - nothing too difficult. The MD wanted to see what kind of impression you make - she stated that she decides if she wants to hire someone in the first 10 seconds of meeting them, so it is important to make a great impression.
