Please describe the interview / hiring process.
So it began with a quick first round through a phone interview. They ask you behavioral questions for the most part, although they try to trick you up a bit by asking the values and culture (all on the annual report). Make sure you read over their annual reports and letter to shareholders, it gives quite a bit of information about the company and their culture. Then you go to a group interview where two managers interviewed me. Included technical questions in Excel and about the products and how RBC generates revenue.
