Please describe the interview / hiring process.
RBC Capital Markets recruited on campus and help on-campus interviews. It was a 2-on-1 interview with a Managing Director and Analyst. To my surprise, there was no super day. I only had one interview with them. One hinderance was that they were not very flexible with their offer deadline. I was still interviewing with other firms and they forced me to make a decision. This is partly why I chose not to accept their offer.
