Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Submitted resume through OCR and was notified of on-campus interview for following month. Interview consisted of 30 minute interview with 2 senior employees, a VP and a MD. Mostly fit to see if you were genuinely interested in the field, but also wanted to make sure you had solid understanding of markets. Both people were very friendly, and interested in simply getting to know you as a person.
