Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round interview with two VP's in equity capital markets and debt capital markets, mostly technical focused, general economy-related questions and knowledge of industry events (i.e. recent M&A deals).
Second round was an Assessment Centre consisting of two 2-on-1 interviews with Managing Directors, a presentation pitching a stock to a panel and a group interview.
