Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Attended a recruitment event and submitted my application online. Kept in touch with assciate who was running the process. Had a first round that consisted of the M&I 400 question guide. Two back to back 30 minutes interviews. Lots of Enterprise Value questions. Invited to the superday where I interviewed with two associates, VP, and MD. Associates were technical, one guide and the other was real like transaction questions. VP nd MD were behavioral. Average interview in my opinion.
