Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied through school business club fair; ALPFA. First interview with Partner in Audit practice. All behavioral; tell me about yourself, why Audit, why Deloitte. Two weeks later received an invitation for an office visit. Office visit was two back-to-back 30 minute interviews:
Senior Manager: very conversational; was really interested in learning about my experience and interest. Asked to give an example of when I worked in a team and the outcome was not what we expected.
Director: very technical, asked questions about what is a 10-K, what is a macros, how to create a macros. Behavioral; why Deloitte and not competitors, what makes me different from other candidates.
