Intern

The interview process was very informal and consisted of multiple one on one interviews over a series of days. They focus seemed to be whether there was a good fit in the organization relative to the opportunities they were attempting to fill. In the end, they did not have the funds to extend an offer appropriate for level of experience the candidate possessed. They plan to reevaluate after year end.
