First round over video and then superday. The first round was one behavioral and one technical. Behavioral mostly asked about resume line items. Technical interview started by asking basic valuation methodologies, going slightly deep into each one to test knowledge. Then asked about M&A accretion dilution and why one may do a deal that is dilutive. Interviewer also asked accounting questions about PIK interest.

Superday consisted of 5 interviews, each with a different focus. One was behavioral, one was more abstract, one was technical, another was why Centerview. The abstract one asked market sizing questions, what I would do if I were the CEO of Uber, how to evacuate NYC if there was a zombie apocolypse. Interviewers also asked whether or not it was right business decision for the ceo of Dick's sporting goods to come out and say they will stop selling guns after a mass shooting.
