Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round with an analyst where it was mostly behavioral and then in person 3 30minute interviews with upper level employees. It seemed as they really cared about your behavioral answers and the more they can relate the higher the chance of acceptance. Make sure you know your technicals though!
