First-round was with an analyst and associate, I happen to be lucky and they asked primarily behavioural and market-based questions. In addition to that, they asked about valuation methods, different multiples and why might certain companies be trading at higher multiples than others. Got an email saying I moved on to the next round, which consisted of 3 30 minute back-to-back interviews with senior people (directors and VPs). The second round was heavily technical - it included valuation, financing, and M&A questions. After that, I was selected for a final round with 2 30 minute back to back interviews (interviewed with 2 MD's for each) - highly behavioural, which was great!
