Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview process and hiring process was overall a very positive experience. It began with a simple phone interview that was mostly behavioral. The on technical question that I received was "What does EBITDA stand for?" Fairly simple. Then I was invited for the Super Day interview process in December. It was three 40 minute interviews. One was a case study (valuing a company), one was a behavioral interview, and the third was a technical/brainteaser styled interview. The people were very nice and friendly but the environment was obviously tense as is any IB interview. Go in their knowing your homework otherwise it will be a rough day.
