Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First Round: Nice enough interviewers, some very easy technical questions as well as some strange position related questions.
Final Round: Meet people within the group, take a 2 hour excel test on rates, not very difficult.
The Public Finance people seemed a lot less pedigreed (and a bit more boring) than the people in other groups I interviewed for, but very friendly.
