RBC Capital Markets (London Feb 24)
Following application submission which included 4x 250 word background/motivation questions , asked to complete online assessment (both verbal and numerical). I was then invited to a telephone interview with an analyst at the firm. Very relaxed and friendly interviewer, asked 5 largely motivational questions with no technicals. Typical questions e.g why RBC, tell me about a time you worked in a team. 30 minute interview with opportunity to ask questions at the end.
